Who we are
From the opening of Hertfordshire Garden Machinery in 2012 in Welwyn Garden City, then expanding and moving to our new location in Bramfield Nr Hertford in 2017, we are well established within the Hertfordshire and surrounding area for sales, service and repairs of all leading brands of garden machinery equipment.
Tim has worked within the Horticultural machinery industry for 25 years and has been involved with all elements of the industry from parts to service and sales. In this time he gained vast knowledge of the trade and recognised that there was a need in the Hertfordshire area for a business that was customer service focused and included a strong after sales department to offer a high level of service that customers expected now.
Utilising Lyndsey’s experience in finance, administration and office roles they combined their skills and set about creating a diverse and ever evolving business. Since inception, Tim and Lyndsey have built a strong and experienced team of people who all share the same passion for excellent customer service and with this have built a reputation locally as being the ‘go to people’ for all garden machinery needs.
In 2021, the sense of family business strengthened with the addition of Tim’s brother Edward, to the team. With a background in sales of Garden machinery, soft drinks, beer and car care products Edward brings a diverse skill set to the business. As sales director Edward is responsible for the running of the sales department and will give you the warmest of welcomes to his showroom.
Undergoing extensive renovations in 2021, the showroom now offers a clean and modern feel with ample products on display as well as a warm welcome by experienced knowledgeable people.
We place ourselves in the shoes of the customer and believe that everybody has an expectation of a product and the business supplying those products, our mission is to exceed the customers expectation and ensure that we continue to do this throughout our relationship with you, our customer.
