Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Many of the products on our website are ready-to-ship from our warehouse – on these products, a stock count will be displayed, and you can expect to be contacted us regarding collection on the same or the next working day.

Any items which specify a lead time are not directly available from our warehouse but are in-stock with our distributors. This means we can normally get the machine to you within a few days. However, occasionally there may be delays to this, which we will keep you informed about.

In rare cases, manufacturers may be out of available stock for products, but we are still expecting them to continue producing the equipment or item in the near future. In this case, you will see a message informing you of unusually high delays before ordering the product, and we will keep in contact with you after the purchase with a timeline and your options.

Returns & Refunds

We currently accept returns for a full refund for all of our products within 28 days of delivery/receipt of the product.
If you would like to return an item purchased from us, you can return it in-store, or contact us and we will arrange collection of the item(s).
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the item, providing it has not been damaged by misuse or neglect.
