- We're here for you even after the purchase - we aren't content to sell you a machine and then walk away. Our phone lines are open 5 days a week for any support or queries about your machine, and if there's an issue with your machine that needs repair, we can take it into our workshop.
- We'll prioritise you if anything goes wrong - in the rare case that something does go wrong, you'll benefit from top-priority warranty support for machines purchased from us directly.
