• We never sell a machine in a box - whether you choose to have your machine delivered, or to collect from our showroom, every machine we sell comes fully assembled, fueled and oiled/fully charged, and ready for you to take home and use straight away.
• We hand-deliver to your door - if you find you're having trouble making your way to our showroom, we can deliver your machine to your door, and our friendly driver will even demonstrate the machine for you if you'd like help getting started with it
• We're here for you even after the purchase - we aren't content to sell you a machine and then walk away. Our phone lines are open 5 days a week for any support or queries about your machine, and if there's an issue with your machine that needs repair, we can take it into our workshop.
• We'll prioritise you if anything goes wrong - in the rare case that something does go wrong, you'll benefit from top-priority warranty support for machines purchased from us directly.
