The EGO SP1401 is a combined solar panel and battery kit for powering a PATH IQ RTK reference station where mains power is not conveniently available.
The RTK station needs clear sky visibility to give the AURA-R2 robotic mower its centimetre-accurate positioning, and the best position for reception is often nowhere near a power socket. This kit removes that constraint: the solar panel keeps the integrated battery topped up, and the battery carries the station through the night and through overcast spells, so no cable run or trenching is required.
Compatible with EGO PATH IQ RTK stations used by the AURA-R2 range.
