The new 56 Volt AS-Motor Electric drive has the power of a conventional 200 cm3 gasoline engine. It is supplied with energy by one or two professional hand batteries with 12 Ah each. Together, they provide an enormous 1.344 watt-hours of energy. The drive unit can cope with power peaks without shutting down. The intelligent “Power-Peak” system balances the connected batteries in parallel. For maximum range, an additional 28 Ah back battery can be connected. With a record-breaking energy reserve of then 2.912 watt-hours. If there are collisions the motor is protected by a third motor shaft bearing in conjunction with a friction disc on the mulching blade. The quiet, zero-emission drive motor makes the AS 510 E-ProClip 2in1 A the perfect professional device for green care in the urban space – for example in the vicinity of noise-sensitive areas, such as hospitals, daycare facilities, residential areas or office buildings.
