If you have the AL-KO 36 V MT 40 multi-tool base unit, you can easily transform the basic device into a cordless hedge trimmer with the AL-KO 36 V HTA 4045 attachment. Thanks to the tool-free quick-change system, the attachment is fitted in no time – and the hedge trimming can begin. The counter-rotating safety blades guarantee the greatest possible accident protection.
With this low-vibration attachment, precise cutting is easy and effortless for you. Thanks to the battery operation of the base unit, you have absolute freedom of movement when guiding the device without having to worry about annoying cables. In addition, the carrying strap helps you guide the hedge trimmer without getting tired. It is quiet, emission-free and low-maintenance.
When dismantled, both the MT 40 base unit and the HTA 4045 attachment can be transported and stored in a very space-saving manner.

The 45 cm long, counter-rotating safety knife has a cutting width of 20 cm. It is diamond-ground making it easier for you to cut precisely and with high torque. Getting stuck or getting stuck on thick branches is reliably avoided – for your rapid progress and the exclusion of the risk of accidents.
Thanks to the extension shaft (included), you can extend the hedge trimmer by 70 cm and then reach a working height of up to 3.5 m.
With one charge of the AL-KO 36 V Li-ion battery 40 V / 5 Ah in the base unit MT 40, you can achieve up to work for 75 minutes – ideal for the garden at home. An empty battery is recharged in about 2 hours, so that you can work without interruption when using a replacement battery.
